David M. Erlanger, Ph.D., ABPP/CN, President & Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Erlanger received his doctorate in psychology from Columbia University and completed training in clinical neuropsychology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He is on the faculties of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Columbia University. Over the past six years, Dr. Erlanger developed and led the PanMedix research program in performing extensive research in the area of repeated assessment of cognitive functioning of individuals suffering from CNS illness. In 2002, Dr. Erlanger was responsible for developing the cognitive test protocol for Sention's MCI trial in which C105's pattern of cognitive activation was first identified and described. This new understanding was a key element in determining the focus of future C105 research efforts toward demonstrating efficacy for improving memory function in MS patients with cognitive impairment.
